We were at a bit of a loose end over the weekend so we decided to head out and see if we could find some great spots to do E shoots. We did a bit of research and, had our maps at the ready and headed out East towards Cullinan. Unfortunately our best laid plans were initially thwarted with our first destination closed and all contact numbers inactive. Not to be put off by these little set backs we popped into the local info centre and were soon on our way again. 10 minutes later, after a short drive down a dirt road that took you behind a prison we were at the gates of the Somabula Nature Reserve. What a find! Old restored wagons that you can sleep overnight in, a dam to swim in, horses to ride and acres of lovely countryside to wander about in. All in all a really great place to do an E shoot.
